At any time, if your GoSky binoculars, monocular, or spotting scopes do not perform properly, regardless of how it happened or where you purchased it, we will replace it with a product in perfect working order of equal or better physical condition.

Orders are being dispatched from our warehouse in Europe, US, within 1-3 business days after placing the order. And we will use USPS Express and Amazon Logistics.
